This started from the day,
I planted the white lily....
near the river bay,
around the area which seemed hilly.
I saw her then,
I saw her,smiling with the bud.....
heard her,chirping with the mainah nearby.
My lilies grew,
getting tender,softer and shy....
out of em one of the bud,
never left my eye!!!
it had something in it,
something very naive.....
after all this work,
I was glad,i found a lily with life!!!
I saw her again,
walking on the roads.......watching everything with her head held high....
speaking her heart.....
I knew then,shes not just the bone and flesh of old Adams thigh!!!
she was heart,
she was love,
she was the ultimate life......
after a decades passed.....
m glad...i found a woman with mind!!!!
flowing like a free brook,
making swift n lovely movements,
easy with the way of valley!
she fought when she wanted to.......wept when she felt so......she laughed when her heart flew!
no manipulations.....
life was present in her in the most uncomplicated way!
And then,this happened.....
I saw her talking to the my lily......
Lily with life talking to woman with mind......
one in every way....
shining with the morning suns ray!
Seasons changed....flowers blossomed....
she did too!
again i saw her.....
walking with the crowd.....
they were her beloveds...I believe!
turned to my lily......saw it drooping with pale green leave!!!!
I looked at her....
shocked!!!!
where is the life????
she was smiling still.....but with heavy sad eyes.......
I heard one of em say: Dont laugh loudly.....they are seeing!!!
one voice came : Stay away from him....he will hurt in the end!!!
another said: Dont speak your heart....nobody will understand!!!!
Nobody said.....be yourself.....do whatever your heart says....n mind dictates.....after all i am always there for you!!!!!
They said...they love.....
they said.....they care.....
and i think she believed!!!
they kept walking away......
loving her on their own conditions and clause!!!
she kept pondering over.....
her own loss,faults and flaws!!!
the mind was wise....
but kept singing the baby heart a sweet lullaby......
They care....they care.....they care....
coz it knew the heart will never be able to bear the plight!!!
Shes now never seen smiling with the sky.....
talking with the stars.......
the woman with mind still walks with her head held high.......
she now just smiles but doesn't talk to my lilies nearby!!!
she cares for them and their cares too.....
thus stays mum n keeps passing by!!!
The brook got stagnant.....
the rivers dried......
I saw her killing herself daily......
and alas finally....the lily died!!!
